Requirements: It is recommended that you have a full time Internet connection to get the most out of LiSA. You will also need a computer modern enough to run Java which means most computers built in the last 2-3 years.

LiSA only announces emails as they arrive, so your computer needs to be online. She does not announce messages which have arrived before you go online or before you turn on the Speaking Assistant. However, LiSA may announce all the messages currently in your InBox when she first runs. This is normal. Just let her talk and she will be fine in the future.
