About Us

Who is behind LiSA? LiSA is brought to you by Frode Hegland who came up with the concept and the system design, Janine Earl (the incredible voice), Steve Schmidt of eJobShop in Silicon Valley (project management) and Mikhail Seliverstov in Moscow who does all the technical planning, designing and implementation. Jan Ploski worked on the original technical architecture and programming.

LiSA stands for 'Liquid Information Speaking Assistant' and since the Liquid Information logo is an uppercase 'L' followed by a lowercase 'i' LiSA is spelt 'LiSA'.

The Liquid Information company was a dot-com business attempt for a while and now it's the Hyperwords project the next generation of the web. Please accept our thanks, the Liquid Information Research Project is partly funded by LiSA sales - we really could not have done it without you!

Who is the voice of LiSA? Janine Earl. She is native of London, England. 24 years old, beautiful, Hyper smart and a real Mac geek! Not just a pretty voice in other words   :)

Janine moved to Australia early 2005. Sorely missed in London, she makes the whole continet glow. She's amazing!
